We went to dinner last night and they brought him this! It was the brownie sundae on the menu for 7 bucks, I was super surprised! It feed all 4 of us and we left more then half! That brownie was 6x6x2! It was huge!

Have a great day Duds! We love you more then words can ever express!!!

Pediatric ER visit on Memorial Day!

This is how we ended our Memorial Day!
BC had some issues going on and it needed to be addresses immediately! Luckily mom was able to come and stay with EE, as he had a field trip the next day, and I was going to help chaperone!

Luckily, the Dr. Said BC is able to wait until after vacation for his surgery! He has a minor surgery, they can't do the surgery laparoscopic so they have to make a 1-2 inch incision!

For now he can't play any sports! I caught him looking super cute at his ball game the other day!
We still go to the games because I help coach and BC misses not getting to play!
I love the picture above! Coaches sit on the buckets alot and it's just so stinking cute!!
We had to follow up with a pediatric surgeon and while waiting in the room BC and I worked this puzzle! The kid loves puzzles!
We are super thankful, that he is healthy and no emergent surgery was required!

And a big thanks to Angela, she is our friend that happens to be a Doctor, and I've had to call her twice with questions!

There is never a dull moment in the Womack house!

2 mile jog

I started my day with a 2 mile jog today, I did great yesterday on the diet and then I went to Logan's Roadhouse for dinner last night! So yesterday was about a 2200 calorie day for me!

I've been on track all day today and we are grilling for the Holiday today! Today we r having burgers, chips and dip, corn on the cob, and Mac n cheese!

I think right now I have almost 500 calories left for the day!

I've worked on cleaning the garage all day. Like I have seriously taken all the stuff out and going thru boxes and putting things up nice and neat!

There is still so much more to do! I took a before picture and I will be sure to post them soon! It was so bad I changed my tee shirt before nap because I was afraid of the funk that was on the shirt! Ha!

It's a good work out so I don't mind!

I got down to the smallest I've been in 10 years! So that means I'm 2 pounds away from my goal and I have until sat of next week! I will get there for sure!!
Now any weight that comes off will be original weight and not fluctuating weight!
That is great news for sure!

Here are my stats from today's jog!
And even though it was early and not that hot, this is the sweaty mess I was afterwards!

I WILL DO THIS!!!!!

I made skinny potato salad

I love to eat certain foods during the different seasons, so I wanted to see how I could make skinny potato salad. It was super easy! I will be making these alot in the near future! Summer time is the best time for potato salad!
These bowls are 175 calories each!
I used a 14 oz potato, each bowl has two tablespoons of miracle whip light for 20 calories each, and both bowls have two small sweet pickles for 20 calories total. The potato was 230 calories but I put half of the potato in each bowl! I also used some chopped onion and some mustard!

I will be so glad tomorrow at work to pull this out for lunch! It will be very filling, I'm also bringing 2 pieces of 35 bread and a tablespoon of jiffy peanut butter, I like to toast the bread first. That's only 165 calories if I'm still hungry and lunch is under 400 calories!

I'm also packing cantaloupe and watermelon for snacks, and oatmeal for breakfast!

I plan on leaving work having consumed 600-650 calories for the day! That will give me a 600 calorie dinner!

All of this to say, I'm going to start cutting my calories back to 1200-1250 per day!
I had been eating up to 1550 calories and calling that a great day!

I'm learning that 1550 calories isn't going to work for me anymore! As the scales drop, the calorie intake is going to have to drop also! I realize you shouldn't eat less then 1200 calories, and no worries that won't happen!

I'm still right on track to hit my goal by 5/30! Actually things are going so well I should be able to lose an additional pound too!

I'm 3 lbs away from my goal and I have a week and 2 days, that being said the scales haven't dropped for this week yet, they should drop 1.5 pounds so for sure on track!

I do have a field trip date with my oldest next week, so that will be challenging as I'm having breakfast with Tiua before we leave!

Vita tops have saved my diet!

If you haven't heard of these or tried them, YOU MUST!!
They have 5 grams of protein, and 9 grams of fiber, and are only 100 calories!
I love them for breakfast, but mine look like this!
I put one tablespoon of Jiffy peanut butter on mine, so my breakfast is 195 calories! You can't beat that! I use to eat the deep chocolate ones with peanut butter, but I'm loving the choco banana ones right now!  I'm not even hungry at my 10:00 break!
I do try to eat a few carrots or fruit so that I'm eating every two hours or so!
Today's lunch was a Healthy Choice general tso's chicken and rice for 290 calories!
As I finished today off with this!
2 pieces of 35 bread, 2 pieces of cheese, and lettuce! I made the grilled cheese, then added the lettuce and onion! 190 calories, I also ate 1.5 servings of the  seasoned fries! Which came to 240 calories! I had a beer and a few sweet pickles!
Then I did this!
I walked a mile in the rain with a Tornado watch out!
That's how determined I am to lose the additional 5 pounds before the end of the month!
I have a lil over two weeks to do it, so that is plenty of time! It's buckle down time no doubt!
I love this quote I found on Pinterest!
This is so me! I like to complain a lil when the scales don't drop, but that is totally my fault!  The scale moves when I'm eating right and tracking my calories!

I have some super cute clothes to take to Florida, for our vacation! The only thing I don't have is a maxi dress! I really would like to try one on! I feel like it won't be flattering since it's so flowing but we shall see!

Oh an I don't have a bathing suit! Last year I found a super cute bathing suit but couldn't find cute bottoms so I bought the "skirt" bottoms. I have always thought the skirts remind me of lil old grandmas, I definitely don't need my hubs thinking that I look like a mamaw!

I could just buy some super cute bottoms. I won't be able to match the navy top but I could buy hot pink! That should look cute together!

Mother's Day 2014

I am so incredibly blessed to be a mother to my wonderful kiddos!
God knew exactly what my heart has always prayed for and needed!

Being a mom is the hardest, yet most rewarding thing I will ever accomplish!

Right now the boys are 5 and 7, soon to be 8 years old! And we are teaching lots and lots of manners, prayers, and love!

They were so incredibly good to me this weekend!

I feel like I can be a great mom because I had a wonderful example growing up! My parents put my brother and myself above anything and everything that they had going on! Not in a silver spoon kind of way but in a "your my main priority and I love you" kind of way!

My parents were the first to praise our successes no matter how big or small. They were always proud of us and told us how much they loved us!

They made time for family time which included playing games at night, eating dinner together, praying together and just being "present" in our lives!

A big thanks to this woman for all the sacrifices she has made for her children!
Mom- I'm forever thankful, and I love you!

My wonderful husband and kiddos had these downstairs waiting for me when I woke up Sunday morning!

Such beautiful flowers and a very sweet card!
Ee made me a book, all about me
He even colored her hair red like mine!
BC made me me a potted plant at his Mommy and Me Tea, at school!
They had cookies and punch for us mothers. Such a sweet idea!

We ended our evening with me cooking million dollar spaghetti, lasagna, salad and homemade garlic bread! It was a wonderful way to celebrate both my mom and mother in law!
Both are very special ladies to me!

Derby Day Celebrations

We love, love, love to have fun on Derby Day!
I have never been to the Derby but I did go to the Oaks Day Races when I was 8 months pregnant. Great timing! Ha.

Last year we had a Derby party! I love to throw a fun party, but this year the hubs had to work so it didn't seem right to celebrate without him!

So we just had my mom over, I made several appetizers, we had sausage balls, queso and chips, cornbread salad, garlic dip and veggies, cheese and crackers. My youngest came in and I had every spread out on our bar, and he said but mom no one is coming but us. We have a lot of party food!
It was fun to explain to him that we can celebrate when it's just us!

Here is our Derby pot!
And they are off!!!
And the winner is
California Chrome!

It was a fun evening. I drew the winner. We've always had a Derby pot as far back as I can remember!!

A fun day! I missed the hubs, but boys had fun and Presley is the boys friend and he came over and drew a horse and watched too!
