Flu test-positive!

I spoke too soon in yesterday's post about having healthly babies, and while the flu is horrible to have especially on a 3 year old, I'm still so very grateful that's the only thing wrong at this point! Bre is our medically fragile child, he has had some very serious illness' since birth!
He woke up at 4 am and got in my bed, at 6 he woke up puking and a fever. We went to PEDS, and confirmed it was the flu! Our Peds dr is the best, hands down. That man has met me at the office after hours and on the weekends to care for bre! We are blessed to have him!

He told us to clear our schedules for the next 3-5 days? Huh? What? My kitchen is still tore up, we have Easter pics scheduled for this evening with a baby lamb, my hubs is going to get the camper this evening as well as E-man has baseball practice tonight. We are hoping everything pans out so that Brandon is home before baseball!

I can't wait to show you pics of the camper, if Bre is better we are setting it up on Sunday and going to clorex it and wash the curtains and stock it full. I will definitely post pictures of it! The boys are excited that the Easter Bunny is going to bring their goodies to the campground!

Please say a prayer for lil bit!

Overly happy-overly blessed

Wow, not sure where to start........

We have had a great week, despite not having a kitchen to cook in or a washer/dryer for a week. Makes it hard on a momma with two boys! The up side to all of this is getting new kitchen flooring and in the laundry room as well.

It feels as though summer has arrived. Me and the boys are loving this weather, we had 2 great evenings at the park, and baseball has started? Need I say more? Me and e-man have practiced baseball 2-3 nights this week.

Warm weather, play dates at the park, our love for baseball and healthy boys and new floors makes this momma very happy and blessed.

2 1/2 miles

Today was a great day!
The weather was a nice warm 70 degrees.

The whole family played at the park. I did 1/4 of a mile in dress pants, then decided to go home and put on shorts to truck another 2 1/4 miles! Hoping I burnt more calories then I consumed today!

The new floors are almost complete. Pictures to come!

Garage clean out day

Garage clean out day, was totally not planned, but I couldn't have picked a better day! I had two willing lil Helpers and a sky full of sunshine, I had no idea how nice it was outside.
I filled both dumpsters full. I cant believe how much junk we accumulate.

Our floors for the kitchen and laundry room will be put down on Tuesday, so we have to have all of the appliances out tomorrow night. A big job, but I can't wait. This is the first time we have put new flooring in the kitchen! Long over due for sure.

The boys, Alison and I went to the park, it was just too nice not to be outside. E man decided he wanted steak. And the boy worked so hard I thought he deserved it, so off to Longhorn we went!

The day couldn't have been better!

Hoping to hit the bed for 2 am! Lots of laundry to do before I can't use the washer/dryer for the next 2-3 days

A good day

Today was our semi-annual sale! The little prince and princess sale! We were able to raise around $500.00 for charity! I'm very pleased with that! We donate to some very worthy causes that are near and dear to me. The sale is alot of work but definitely worth it!

Today was also our first baseball practice. I'm way excited, I think we are going to have a great little team this year!

A big thanks to the Watt's family for hosting us for dinner tonight. It was delicious as always. Nothing better then good food and great conversation.

Nini & Papaw to the rescue

A big thanks to Nini and Papaw! They have really pulled thru for us this past week.

E mans school was out and he was lined up to go to his after school care, which he does fine during the week, but for some reason he doesn't want to stay there all day! So thanks to Nini and Papaw for watching our boy!

Also my truck needed new brakes and with 2 kiddos we just can't survive on one vehicle, so Papaw let us borrow his truck!

Speaking of surviving please keep the tornado victims in your thoughts and prayers, my heart breaks to see all the damage and to hear all of the fatalities! So very sad!

Lots going on......

I can't believe a week has past since I posted last!

This past week we have had sick babies. Bre is on his second antibiotic in a row and E man is on one too! Bre was complaining tonight of ear pain so gave him Tylenol in addition to the antibiotic, so we shall see! I hope we don't end up in the ER!

We went to look at a second camper tonight, I do believe, it is THE ONE! lots of room and space! 4 beds and two tables. Lots of room for our growing family and room for friends to stay too! I love nature and camping. Makes me appreciate all things nature!

I'm also in charge of a lil prince and princess sale. It's alot of work, but so worth it to donate to wonderful charities.

Hopefully little bit stays well during the night and we can make an offer on the camper in the morning!
