36 hours to my final weigh in

Yikes! 36 is hours isn't very long at all! I really don't think I will reach my goal ;( we shall see! I've been doing some of this!
I'm by no means excited about this time for my virtual 5K, but I was very excited that I could run .70 miles without stopping and then.the rest of the miles were very slow! That time is 11 mins longer then my best 5K time! Oh well I wasn't out to set any records just to complete the run!
I haven't been running at all, I've chose to do the elliptical, it's much easier on my knees, and I burn twice as many calories as I do in the treadmill! 
I'm hoping to get back into running once I hit my goal weight!
Monday night I did the 30 day shred, an I plan to do that workout on the days the hubs works, and I can't get to they gym!
Tuesday I did the 5K! 
And tonight I went to the gym and got on the elliptical for 23 mins. 
Dinner tonight was a taco salad for 438 cals! 
That bowl was huge, it has two white corn taco shells in the bottom for 120 calories, it has 1 cup of pinto beans for 220 cals, and the sour cream adds 40 calories, I also put one tablespoon of rice on top and counted that around 50 calories. Not a bad dinner at all? It was very filling. I didn't count the lettuce, salsa or jalapeƱo peppers, they don't add that much!

I love this shirt! My hubs got it for me for Christmas and its a size large, I honestly didn't think it would fit! I was surprised when I tried it on! 
I will weigh in tomorrow morning just to see where I'm at on the scales, hopefully I can post that tomorrow!

My hubs and I had a wonderful weekend! We got a date and I'm thrilled, it was so nice to spend time together! We don't get to do that nearly often enough!

That's one goal of mine for 2014, to plan more dates with him! 

A big thanks to the Crittenden's and Frost family for inviting us to dinner, we had a great time!
