Proud Moments

I just wanted to share a few proud moments from this week! This wife and mommas heart is overwhelmed with pride and joy! But what momma isn't?

We will start with the hubs.........drum roll please.......my hubs was chosen as EMT of the year for his Fire Dept, what an honor to be recognized. His job isn't easy, I know because I worked the streets as an EMT for about 7 years, you encounter alot and see alot of really bad stuff. Yay, Brandon....congrats! We are proud of you!


Next I will share about Ethan, he got his second report card, and again it is perfect just like he is. My "baby" boy is growing up way too fast! We love you E man! You make mom and dad very proud!

And last, but certaintly not least is mr. Bre man, he has moved up to his preschool class and has adjusted very well, they moved him up a month sooner so this was unexpected, but he has adjusted well. And he is still completely potty trained. I can say for sure that we don't have babies anymore! We love you bre and are so proud of you!

Husband love

I must give credit, where credit is due! My wonderful husband has had dinner prepared for the last three nights in a row when I get home from work! This has been a huge help as Ethan has been given homework to do every night since he has been back to school from Christmas break!

I have the absolute best husband, not only for preparing dinner, but for too many reasons to list! First and foremost is a wonderful father to the boys to include reading, playing and bath time!

Busy, busy week

It has been a super crazy week here with wrapping up the holidays, and the decor! We have managed to get back into our routine of school and work!

We have been to 2 birthday parties since New Years, and celebrated with our loved ones!
We have cooked dinner for my parents and one of my besties that had her baby!
We also have another round of chemo under our belt for dad! That man amazes me every day in his fight with cancer!
We also found out another friend is having a girl, this is definitely a miracle baby, and I couldn't be happier for the Foster family!

Ethan lost his first tooth yesterday on his papaws birthday! This will be a post on it's on! Lots of details to share!

We hosted the Watts' family tonight, always so much fun to have them over for dinner, and we are trying to be patient as Sarah finds out the gender of her baby this month- too much fun!

As you can tell it has been a very busy week, and we wouldn't have it any other way! I promise a post on weight loss is soon to come!

Baby Noelle

A super sweet angel was born tonight! I had the pleasure of loving on baby Noelle tonight! Noelle's mom, Staci and I have been best friends for 20 years now! She weighed in at a healthy 7lbs, 8 ozs! She is a very pretty baby! Love them both! And very excited about play dates in our future!
I couldn't be happier for you guys! Enjoy every minute!

Christmas Blessings

We are so truly blessed, my heart was so thankful to watch my boys open there gifts on Sunday morning. We had a great Christmas day!
Lots, and lots of fun food!
A big thanks to the hubs for a wonderful breakfast complete with coffee for my parents and hot chocolate for me! Love, love him!

Santa was even good to me, I received a fire pit, super cute rain boots, a lantern for our camping adventures and a otter box. Lots of other fun things but those definitely top the list!

Christmas was everything the boys wanted and more, complete with fire gear just like their dads!

Now that the fun is over, back to dieting which started today, it's really not that bad, as long as you have lots of time to prepare low calorie food and then remember to pack it. I'm down 30 lbs, maybe only 25 now, but I'm hoping to lose 20 more by spring. Wish me luck!

Christmas Eve

I have two very excited boys today! They are so ready for Christmas! Ok and to be honest so am I! This is my favorite time of year!

I love having presents everywhere and excited boys!

Nana and Poc are coming over tonight to spend the night and wait for Santa! We are baking cookies and hanging our stockings! Not to mention lots of goodies to eat!

Tomorrow Santa will come to our house, then we head to nini and papaws house for brunch and presents, then back to our house for the Estill Christmas get together!

I love all the fun festivities.

Week Recap

I intended to have a daily post on my blog, as you can tell, I'm not doing a very good job!

I am one busy mom for sure!

Well, we can start with Friday night, I actually had a GNO (girls night out) these only come about 3 times a year for me, so long over do, and very much needed, we got to celebrate Alison's Birthday at Applebee's. She had the most handsome date I've ever seen, it was Brady, he dressed in a button down, that perfectly matched his blue eyes! :)

Sat. I go to do a little shopping, and actually bought myself something for the house, I LOVE all things Christmas! Trying to get the house ready for my Christmas party on Friday with a few   lots of friends! Exciting! I also took the boys to the Christmas parade with their BFF Landen, 3 handsome lil guys, waiting to see Santa~too cute! Also got to play with Bryce, another one of the boy's friends Sat. night!

Sunday, I was able to spend some time with my parents after Church, I made dad my homeade Beef Stew~ as of right now I'm the favorite child!

Look who made his appearance at our house this week!

My boys love Elf on the Shelf, so exciting for sure!
