Where have we been?

Gosh, where to start?

We have been doing all things fun, I mean that's what life's about, right? We have officially started Little League Season with a 2-1 season so far. I am so blessed to be a coach, it takes ALOT of time, and patience, but I love every minute of it. I enjoy being around the lil guys, and ofcourse we love all things baseball!
Lil bit starts baseball when E-man is finishing his season, I didn't start coaching E-man until he was 4 years old, so I will start coaching Lil bit's team next year! This fall season will finish my coaching as head coach for E-man, however I do feel I will be an assistant for the 7-8 yr old league! :)

If we aren't doing baseball you can find us at the campground, lots and lots of fun to be had there..............lots of sand, and a bike trail, campfires, s'mores and all. We love it, our heater in the camper works well, and a good thing too because it has been in the 30's on a few nights! We are looking forward to maybe the upper 50's low 60's at night with the windows open. They are planning big festivities for Derby, so it should be a great time for all.

I am all about easy recipes, we love to feed the boys a good meal, but on baseball or camping nights it can get tricky, I found a porkchop/noodle recipe, that has 4 ingrediants, yes you read that right, only 4. This is our kind of meal, and the hubs liked it! So did the neighbor!
mix one can of cream of chicken soup with one packet of dry ranch seasoning and one soup can of water, mix well and pour over pork chops, cook on low in crockpot for 4 hours. I actually made this in the oven and added the cooked no yolk noodles~makes it an all in one meal.

We also celebrated our boss' 50th Birthday this week, Donna made the most wonderful moist chocolate cake ever~She is so talented. Here it is, isn't also the cutest?

Those are peanut m&m's and kit kats going all the way around it, tied up with a pretty bow! :) We had a fun day giving him grief!

I will try to do better at taking pictures of the meals we cook. I would love to start Menu Monday's like some other bloggers, but we are just too busy right now, but a good kind of busy :)

I also have a Garlic Herb Chicken Recipe I will post next week, it's a crockpot recipe also, and very tasty!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday, I love the weekends when my whole family is at home! Great times for sure!
